Prenatal Mental Health

We work with expecting mothers during pregnancy to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Promote bonding between mother and growing baby

  • Explore life-transition and role as a new parent to be

  • Provide tools for using music intentionally in daily life (manage stress, improve sleep)

We use interventions such as:

  • Improvisation and reflection

  • Songwriting 

  • Playlist creation

  • Vocal toning/humming

  • Singing and learning lullabies
